OT: Playlist Web Search

Does anyone know of a tool that can search any published playlist such as a winamp genreated playlist for a specific song/artist.  If not does anyone know of any free codeable webspiders\text parsers that I can use to search all of these published playlists on the net.  I've got a few ideas and want to know if anything like this exists.
