Web Media Issues - Can't Find Station
« on: June 14, 2005, 08:36:18 am »

I've added a favorite NPR station to the database (KJZZ in Phoenix, AZ), however the "Find Stations" search function does not locate it. Doesn't matter what my search criteria are - Media Center can't find it. If I attempt to re-add the station Media Center informs me that it already exists. Here's the station info:

Name: KJZZ
Description: Arizona Public Radio
City: Phoenix
State: AZ
Country: USA
Genre: News
Stream URL: http://kjzz.org:8080/livestream/connect.m3u
Web URL: http://www.kjzz.org/
Format: MP3 Streaming
Bitrate: 28.8

I'm using MC 11 Build 292. What am I doing wrong? I find the Web Media interface in Media Center very frustrating an non-intuitive.

as a bypass for this just play any MC listed radio stream on the main page and then in the filename tag paste the web stream that you really want to play into that and the restart the stream.  You could then import and save that in a playlist.
