Import crashes MC
« on: July 25, 2005, 10:32:43 pm »

Hmm. This just happened today, it did not happen before, same version of MC.

I ripped a few CDs. Fine. Then I downloaded some MP3s and tried to import them. MC counted the files, saved my library (the only option I have checked) and then started to import. The AW said "1 of 22", but before the progress bar even started, I got the Media Core error as follows:

AppName: media center.exe    AppVer: 11.0.309.0    ModName: dsound.dll
ModVer: 5.3.2600.2180    Offset: 000022e8

Any ideas what the problem is?

Here's my system info:

Try uninstalling all third party plug-ins.
