MC still has problem rendering large .JPGs. It seems that around 10 MB or so, it cannot display them.

You are welcome to a few example photos if you want.

Command line option:

MC11.exe /CONNECT m01p://192.168.0.139:80 adds a | to the end and tries to connect to 192.168.0.139:80|. This also creates a library called default (1) with a pipe | at the end.

Small error nothing bad:

The adjusted sound is not played after burning.
It is however a normal Wave file selected of Windows.

Thanks. The problem seems to be solved. I tested this build and it works as it should. Also, the file dates remain correct.

However, this similar problem I reported in the 305 thread still exists:

Changing or adding external cover art links in the database unnecessarily changes the disk files even if the Image File field is not specified to be written to the physical file tags.

I added and updated a lot of cover art files. Now I suddenly have 40 GB of audio files that have changed their last modified dates. I need to redo all backups because I have no way to separate the files that have real changes.

The symptoms are the same. MC always retags the files even there are no tag changes. Usually retagging means also slow rewriting. Perhaps the cure could be similar too.

11.0307 has problems for me, right after install I left the option enabled to 'Run Installed Program Now' and Media Center never appeared.  Looking in Task Manager showed the Media Center.exe process running which could not be killed from the Task Manager.  This hung process also wouldnt allow restarting the computer, had to do a hard reboot.  After rebooting I tried playing some audio files.  Media Center imported them but didn't start playing them even though I'd selected Media Center -> Play from shell extention.  Clicking play button manually caused lockup and same problems as earlier.  Downgraded back to 11.0.305 for the time being.

BTW, this was a clean first time install as I'd just re-installed my OS yesterday and finally got around to installing Media Center today.  So it's not related to upgrading at all..
