30 day trial

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but what happened to my 30 day trial lasted 1 DAY.

Great program I've been using ver 10 for a long time now and it's great it too stopped working while i didn't have an internet connection for a couple of months i had saved my reg number but without the net it would not register.  Is this the way it works no internet no j river? thanks for any response.
