Registration Problem
« on: August 01, 2005, 02:41:55 pm »

Hi,

I have recently upgraded from MC10 to MC11 and have been using it in trial mode which has just run out. I have just purchased the upgrade but cannot restore MC. Every time I try i just get the 'Your Licence has expired message' I have tried a few times and now have only 6 restores left. I have also tried using the Install key from the email but still get the same message. I just want to listen to some Music!!!

Use IE to restore.  Make sure your version of MC is current.  More help is here:

Don't worry about restores.  We can fix that.

But what version do you have?  Copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here.

Are you using IE?

Is your PC system date correct?

Are you using your Registration Code when you restore?

Is it for the right version?
