For the second time in about a month, I've opened up MC 11 (307) to find my view schemes and column headings have reverted to default.
The last time it happened I restored a backup. Do I have to do that again?

How do I stop this happening?

No idea.

Is everything stored on a local drive?  Any errors?

No errors, MC opens normally but the library is minus any changes I've made.

The library and files are on an external drive.

The only other thing I can think of is that MC ran that update thing last night, can't remember if that happened the first time. Would have anything to do with it?

I used another library restore.

I have the same problem I think.

Every now and again the customised column headings revert to what they default to. It only happens occasionally so working out what causes it is not easy.

I wrote a post about it a couple of weeks ago and got no response so I don't think it can affect many people.

It's very frustrating though, especially when you have a lot of playlists with customised columns.

I'm having this problem as well . I thought it was because I was restoring an MC10 backup (with all the same view settings) to MC11, but it also happens when I restore from an MC11 backup. It's getting very annoying to have to reset the views everytime I do a restore.

I also loose all the contents of "Favorites" and have to reload that everytime as well.

Am I supposed to copy the jmd files to MC11 from MC10 if no view changes are made
