Memorex Case Labels

The printout on the back label is too far to the right.  It's off by about the size of the part that you fold.

Thanks,
Brandon

Any chance you could get a ruler out and measure how far it's off? I don't have any Memorex labels right now but if you gave me an accurate number I could make the change and you could try it out.

You could measure it, then enter the number you think is right into the "Move printed image - To the right" edit box and see if it works, then let me know. You'd need to enter it as a negative number to move the image to the left.

Thanks!

The layout is off for the Data Becker CD Inserts too. The front label needs to move left, half the width of the end fold. I'm willing to get measurments, if you will make the fix.

By coincidence I did some experimenting with my Memorex jewel case inserts last night. The "Stomper" settings in the MJ labeler are exactly right for the Memorex inserts - front cover above the rear cover and centered instead of off-center.

Label centered-ness is most definitely affected by the printer.  That is why there are/should be offsets for both axiss'

MJ has these adjustments on the main printing dialog ("Move printed image...")

The next MJ release should have the correct placement for Memorex labels.

Layout for Data Becker #09902 pre-printed case inserts is off.  The print for the case back needs to shift left, exactly the width of the end fold: 1/4 inch.

This is tested using MJ 8.0.379

8.0.380 has better adjustments that might help.

Try the next release (after 380). It has the back cover moved .25 inch to the left for Data Becker 09902

JohnT,

I just tested with MJ 8.0.382  and it was still the same on the Data Becker stock.  (?)
