I did some searches and didn't find anything on this topic, so forgive me if it's been posted before. I have a pretty large music collection that I access through TiVo using MC11. I would like to create a set of playlists that would list artists in group by name. For example, one playlist would have artists A-D, another would have E-H, etc. This would make it a lot easier to get to my ZZ Top collection.

Has anyone done this or have an idea how it might be done?

You can create a new view scheme, and check the option for grouping.  3 letters would give you A-C, D-F, and so on.  4 would give you A-D, E-H, ...

Right click on Media Library to start.

I believe this is in MC Help.
