Can Media Center 11 playback DVD Audio encoded discs or ripped files?

I don't think so.
Creative Audigy is the only thing I've found short of a DVD Audio player that will do that using a DVD drive.
It looks to me like the competition between DVD Audio and SACD has stalled much development. No one wants to commit to a technology that will go the way of Betamax. No one can decide which one that will be so few are buying either.
Having said all that, Media Center with an Audigy soundcard does an EXCELLENT job of simulating 6 channel audio with any source. Which one does that? Heck if I know. All I know is it works.
