Any idea as to why my personal skins wont work with 11.1?

I've cross checked the main.xml files for my skins with the main.xml files for the package skins and there doesnt seem to be any glaring differences.

Also, other third party skins (i.e. Aluminium) work with 11.1, so there must be some kind of string im missing in my main.xml file.

Any ideas?

We changed our xml parser, so it's possible you have some small syntax errors in the file.  Maybe try opening it in notepad and saving it again?

Well, I checked it in FrontPage and edited a couple lines. So wouldn't opening it in FrontPage and saving it have solved the problem?

I believe you can probably find a utility that will check the syntax.  Maybe try a google search.

Another possibility is to start with a file that works and start moving pieces of your code to it in order to see when it breaks.

Got the problem fixed. I was missing a quotation in a line.
