Help! m4p won't play!!!
« on: September 28, 2005, 09:08:22 am »

I don't know when it started but I can't seem to play .m4p files (from iTunes) anymore with MC.  MC either crashes or returns a floating point error when it tries to play.

Hi Tim,
Can you play them with Quicktime?

Are the files on your iPod or on the local drive on your PC?

Yes I can play with Quicktime and iTunes too.

I've had these problems with both 11.1 and the last release of 11.0.

The files are on my PC's C drive.

Thanks!

Anything changed that might be related?  New versions of Apple software?

New tracks?

After having the problem I downloaded the latest iTunes, didn't make a difference.

Happens to all tracks new and old.

Very puzzling.

I'm on the road with a Mac right now but I'll try this when I get home next week.

Thanks!
