I always want to add playlists to my handheld and I can't seem to get out of synchonization mode.

Usually when I first open mc11 and select my handheld device (rio carbon or ihp140), I can drag over a playlist and the option will be to transfer it.  Thereby adding a new playlist to my device.

However after one or two sessions of that kind of action and I try to add a new playlist, mc11 handheld action window for that device just goes in to synchronize mode.  Forcing me into another screen to select only checkboxes of the playlists I want to transfer and then wipes out existing playlists on the device replacing only with the ones I check off and deleting the rest on the device.

Any way to force transfer and not use synch?
