Wondering if the autosync feature is gone in 11.1 (using .50 right now) or if it's just not working on my computer.

Each time I want to synchronize my iPod (I sync with playlists, not the entire library) I have to click 'handheld' in the AW, then 'check synchronization', MC hangs for a few seconds, then click 'sync', then the 'analyzing files' dialog appears for a few secs, then transfer starts.

In 11.0 I just needed to plug the iPod in and the whole process was faster (especially the analyizing files bit it seems to me).

While I'm at it, I've long wished to see MC do what iTunes does, that is real autosync: you plug in your iPod, MC starts automatically if it's not open, sync starts (without any need to click anything), MC ejects the iPod. Am I the only one who would like to just plug my iPod in, let it sync and then take it and go?
