using 398 and on Win2k. I will be playing from a play list and typically when I walk away I hit the pause button. Quite often when I return and press play the program will play maybe a second and then freeze up. The visuals freeze as well. Going into task manager shows the program has stopped. Doesn't happen always but I can't figure out a pattern or cause. Any ideas?

just as an add on I came in to work, started the song I had left it on and it froze as it often does. Went into task manager, killed the process and restarted the program and relaunched the song. I was 1:19 into the song when a phone call interrupted me. Hit puase, talked for a couple of minutes and returned to the program - hit play and it froze again. This is really starting to piss me off and not having a tech support line to call or email or really becoming an issue ... not the best customer support IMHO.
