Please try again.  It's changed back.

If you're not getting the e-mail, check your spam folder.

It gets sent.  The other possibility is that your ISP is blocking it.  You could try a yahoo or gmail account.

Kim,

You should have received your license in e-mail just a moment ago. I'm not sure what you were trying, but the system didn't show any restores for you this past weekend, and when I tried, it restored without a problem. Let me know if you have any further troubles.

Thanks,

j

Did you try the hotmail account?

If the three don't work, then it is almost certain to be a problem on your PC or on the mail server you use.

Spam Filters Are Not Perfect Hotmail is bad for this when i send a User on my System most of the time they don't get it if i use my sites Admin E-mail Address because hotmail thinks it is spam.

Roadrunner (my provider) don't really filter junk mail (if they would i would get less) they do check for viruses and trojans. Right now the CIA said i visited 30+ websites that are on the watch list. of course there is a Trojan attached to it so i would open it up and get infected.

Hi Kim,

I changed your e-mail back. Please visit the page and try again. Previous e-mails are already lost, so you have to visit the page again.

Okay, I've found the problem, but it'll take me a few minutes to figure out if it's ours or your mailer. Check back later...

Could you try now? I think we fixed it.

The problem was that in the SMTP protocol, we were sending:
HELO ourhost
instead of
HELO ourhost.jriver.com
