Wrong sync behaviour with a smartphone

I own a C500 smartphone (also known as qtek8010) running Windows Mobile 2003 for smartphone. On my storage card I have a folder 'music' and a folder 'program'.

I set 'delete track from handheld if not on sync list' option and I set 'audio path' to my music folder.

When I sync my handheld, MC delete the content of the folder 'program' .

That seems a bug. If not, how I can manage MC or the folder structure on my handheld in order MC do not remove my programs each time I sync it ?
