Sync still allowed when ipod has been ejected
« on: December 17, 2005, 08:23:51 am »

i suppose it doesn't do much damage except to confuse; the tree view still shows the ipod as connected when i've ejected it - no problem, except that i left it there for the battery to charge then came back after an hour or so and tried to sync (forgetting i'd ejected it), and MC let me. obviously it did it extremely fast (about 17mins for 7000+ files) - i was quite impressed until i realised what had happened. :)

Prod,

I reported this earlier: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=30718.msg211589#msg211589

The problem I have is that it seems to work now. I can not reproduce it anymore.
So i dropped it after Steve tried to help me:

I had this problem before but it's been gone since a few builds. Which version of MC do you use?

i'll check it does the same with the girlf's nano and my shuffle when i get the chance. the ipod name doesn't disappear from the tree until i unplug the ipod from the usb.
