How about a "tabbed" content view?
« on: September 27, 2002, 08:23:58 am »

Many times while I read this forum, I have to switch to the Plug-ins view (i.e. Album View), Media Library, Playlist, Playing Now or whatever window. From there I cannot always go back to the message / forum I was reading before.

So my idea is, would it be possible to have something like a "tabbed" view, where you could easily switch between different windows?

Another idea would be to have a direct link to the Interact board in the left Navigator.

Or is there an easy way I did not think of??

What do you think about?

regards

Try the backspace or the back button.  You can add the back button to the toolbar by right clicking on the toolbar and doing customize.

Try right-clicking a link and selecting the "Open in New Window" command.

Thanks Jim. The problem is, that, if i.e. switch from reading this mail, go to Album View or Media Library or whereever, and I then click on the Previous button, I end up at the Start page, not on the article I was reading.
So it would be nice, if MJ would set a pointer to the actual Webpage I was looking in the MJ integrated browser and then would return to just that page if I did some other things that show up in the right (content) frame.

Thanks

Hi Skidoo. I know about that, but I like to stay inside MJ if I read the MJ forum.
