Curious what speeds people burn direct to disc with...
I have mostly .ape files and usually use 16x speed. I had some glitches on discs in the past, so to play it safe I use 16x. I have (2) DVD burners that can burn up to 48x I think, but I have never really tested the results of a high speed direct burn. Would postive results at higher speeds be system dependent?
Is .ape faster on decode or encode? I can't remember; is there not much difference?
