Currently running latest build 11.1.106 and have in excess of 55,000 songs. Performance has taken a big hit since crossing 40,000

Any tweaks to improve:

-search speed
-minimize interuptions of songs playing while performing other funtions like searching or building playlist

Do you have bios, lyrics etc stored in each file ?

If so you might have to partition the library in multiples of maybe 40k files. But this is what i heard from some one else.
