Moving files in Playing Now
« on: February 09, 2006, 07:32:26 pm »

Drag and Drop in the Playing Now View is a problem.  I can't drag a file from bottom to top of the list.

In previous build, drag and drop was very difficult to use in thumbnail mode : the list was moving too fast. When I had to move files, I used CTRL+X, CTRL+V instead... (impossible with the mouse)
I used mouse when I had to move a file "inside" the window (not in a far position)

Before, I thought this was annoying, but now I just can't use the mouse to manipulate tracks in playing now.

I can't duplicate this.  Can you copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here?

The speed is metered so it shouldn't go faster than a certain speed.

It feels about right to me in thumbnail and report list modes using the latest MC 11.1.  I wouldn't expect it to be much faster on a different machine, because I'm testing with a fast computer and video card.

Any other clues?

Thank you for answer.  :)

My system info :

  Use playback settings: No /

When I drag a track on the top, (or bottom) side, in thumbnail mode, the speed is too fast...(I am in the Top, in 0.3 sec in a 200 items playlist) But I don't think it's because of my computer...

The behaviour seems to have changed since 11.1.116

Am I the only one to experiment this?
