Trying to clean up my podcasts to make them more 'friendly' for both sorting in MC and viewing on my iPod.  The big offender is the ITC series, since it is several different podcasts rolled into one feed and they don't tag the files with any consistency.

I am trying to get the following property data out of this example file name:
ITC.LW-SteveGibson-2006.01.20

[Name] = LW-SteveGibson
[Date (Year)] = 2006
[Date (Month)] = 01
[Date (Day)] = 20

The problem is that since the delimiter between what I want for the [Name] field and the [Date] fields is in the [Name] data, it is just ignoring part of the string.

If I use this:  ITC.[Name]-[Date (year)].[Date (month)].[Date (day)]
The date is correct, but the name just contains "LW".  The "-SteveGibson" is thrown away.

Another complication is that the "LW" and the "SteveGibson" part changes from file to file

Is there a way to do this with the existing tools in MC?
