Runtime Error

Got this message when trying to start program

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime error!

Program: C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center11\Media Center exe

This application has requested the runtime error to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

What is this and how do I fix it? I cannot even open MC11

What version of MC? If it's 133, can you try 131.

I really can't remember which version and I guess I'm too illiterate to find out when Media Center will not open.

Can I just try to re-install and if so will I lose all my lists? Right now I'm REALLY not wanting to lose my lists. These lists are extremely precious right now!

Please try downloading the version from the download page you can find here:

www.jrmediacenter.com

Just reinstall an older version.
