Playing Now issues:

1. Shuffle toggled off (even tried playback stop/start): still getting shuffling of tracks upon restarting playback. Is this because they may have been added to Playing Now initially shuffled. (Playing Now should shuffle tracks internally so if yu have a playlist (manually added and not saved) you can manually advance it and not "ruin" it by turn on shuffle which randomizes the ordering.)

2. It takes multiple Back commands to get out of Playing Now after playing various tracks in the playlist. Are all the play track commands remembered as seperate commands that we have to cycle all the way back through?

Check your settings for playback.  There are several choices.

2. It takes multiple Back commands to get out of Playing Now after playing various tracks in the playlist. Are all the play track commands remembered as seperate commands that we have to cycle all the way back through?

It steps you back through what you've seen.  Not a bug.
