I played french horn in 8th grade, only because they did not have anyone to play it. Then When It Came Down to The Day Of The Concert She Had Me Play Trumpet Because That Section Was A Bit Weak. I did play trumpet for like 6 years, and piano for Like 3 years. Jazz Band & marching band For 4 Years, and Orchestra for 6 years.

I still have some of them memorized I picked up a trumpet 2 years ago and I still could play some of them (a bit rusty yes).

Congrats to you King, and to the Queen too.

May you enjoy a beautiful anniversary day together.

I wanted to find something from 1976, so it can take you back to your early days together.  My suggestion is: Peter Frampton-Baby, I Love Your Way.

Three Suggestions:

1. After the Lovin' (I'm Still in Love With You) by Englebert Humperdinck

2. You're Once, Twice, Three Times a Lady by Lionel Ritchie

3. Lost in the Fifties Tonight by Ronnie Milsap

Congratulations!

Maybe Billy Joel's "You're my home" (from Songs in the Attic) will do...
or Neil Young's "Harvest Moon", or Pearl Jam's "Wishlist", or The Waterboys' "How long will I love you?" (Room to roam).
Or a song of your own - especially recommended if you can not play any instruments nor sing ...

Grateful Dead - Hell In A Bucket

4 Bitchin' Babes - What Was I Thinking

Dolly Parton - Till Death Do Us Part

Spanic Boys - My Head Hurts

Tiny Tim - Tiptoe Thru The Tulips

Also from your wife:

Men are like....

1. Men are like .... Laxatives .... They irritate the nuts out of you.

2. Men are like .... Bananas .... The older they get, the less firm they are.

3. Men are like .... Weather .... Nothing can be done to change them.

4. Men are like .... Blenders .... You need one, but you're not quite sure why.

5. Men are like .... Chocolate Bars .... Sweet, smooth, & they usually head right for your hips.

6. Men are like .... Commercials .... You can't believe a word they say.

7. Men are like .... Department Stores .... Their clothes are always 1/2 off.

8. Men are like ..... Government Bonds .... They take soooooooo long to mature.

9. Men are like .... Mascara .... They usually run at the first sign of emotion.

10. Men are like .... Popcorn .... They satisfy you, but only for a little while.

11. Men are like .... Snowstorms .... You never know when they're coming, how many inches you'll get or how long it will last.

12. Men are like .... Lava Lamps .... Fun to look at, but not very bright.

13. Men are like ....Parking Spots .... All the good ones are taken, the rest are handicapped.

Just kidding mostly  ;D ;D
Congrats!, only another 30 more years to go  ::)

We've Only Yust Begun / The Carpenders

My husband and I celebrated our 30th this past September.  "We've Only Just Begun" was the song that I walked down the aisle to.

Congratuations King and Sue as you celebrate your 30th!

Another love song suggestion is "More" from the movie "Mondo Cane."  The lyrics say it all:

More
Than the greatest love the world
Has known

This
Is the love I'll give to you
Alone.

More
Than the simple words
I've tried to say,
I'll only live to love you
More each day.

More than you'll ever know,
My arms long to hold you so.
My life will be in your keepin',
Wakin'... sleepin'... laughin'...weepin'.

Longer
Than always is a long, long time,
But far beyond forever,
You'll be mine.
I know I've never lived before,
And my heart is very sure
No one else could love you more.
