Library Unregistared

Can't start Media Jukebox ver 8.0400. Says Library Unregistered. Tried new on line License Restoration Page and Jukebox8-9xxx.mjr file mailed to me. Processes failed. Could anti-spyware false positive caused this?

re-install MJ8

this should allow the program to register with the license file
