Have just downloaded version 8.0.372 but still have problems reading Cd-text. Is 8.0.372 the right version and should have I uninstalled MJ
before installing the new version?

It's working for me now.  You may want to try a complete uninstall, then a reinstall.

Does The DV Burner Support It?

I Know My Old Burner Needed A Firmware Update To Get It Working, Due To A Bug In It.

Have You Checked For

1. Driver Updates From The Mfr?
2. Firmware Updates?

Are you trying brand new disks that MJ hasn't seen before? If not, MJ will pull the (incorrect) information that it had saved in it's database, or from the cdplayer.ini file. If you are trying to get cd-text from CD's that MJ has read before, you'll need to delete them from the MJ "CD and DVD" library section and from the cdplayer.ini file.
