Lost my toolbar

Sorry to ask a basic question, but I cannot figure it out.  I took a crash and now I dont have a menu bar or a tool bar on my mega view.  I have checkend in the options (ctrl + O) but nothing there seems to help to get it back.

I also reinstalled MJ8 and deleted whatever .ini files I could find.

What's your MJ8 version? post here your system info.

-Try install the last release oj MJ8
-Unninstall and delete MJ Folder, reboot and install again

The version was 8.0.399.

What you suggested did the trick.  Thank you.
