HD failed, need reg. key

 :-[  So my hard drive failed and I don't have my registration key. Could you please email it to me at the email on file? I have my own domain, so I rarely use the same email more than once for spam tracking. My name is Stawn and you can send the email to anything ...@stawnkaufman.com. I can give you more information if needed! thank you thank you for any help.

I'm sorry. I don't know the email address I used. I always put it something like company@stawnkaufman.com.

This is crazy i can't get this to work. i just want my media center back. i have been a religeous user for years and always buy the new versions. please help me. I keep resetting it using jriver@stawnkaufman.com and it just sends me the file for ver 10. i have ver 11. ver 10 won't even work on my computer, i tried. please please please i am going nuts here.  ?
