I have a few old .wav files (partly 1411kbps and 705kbps, imported and tagged) which play fine in MC.
When trying to convert the songtracks to .ape, it results always in a destination file with filesize=0. However, converting to .mp3 works perfect!
Opening the files with MC Media Editor shows the error message "Error retrieving file information..."
Therefore I wonder why converting to mp3 works. ?
I would like to get rid of all my .wav files and have all my musicfiles in the .ape format. But what will I have to do?
Any help is appreciated.
U.
