Unable to play downloaded audio clips
« on: September 15, 2002, 11:46:31 pm »

I am a new trial user, three days into my 30, so I hope this isn't too dumb of a problem to ask about.

I used the "drag & drop" method to get some audio clips from an online Jukebox.  They show up in my MediaJukebox but when I double-click to play them I continue to get a popup that says:
MediaJukebox was unable to play any of the files in the playlist.
Please make sure that the path in the MJ library points to the  right location.
Also double check to make sure that you are not unintentionally filtering these files.

1.  Some of the playlist files do play (the ones I D/L yesterday).
2.  I checked the boxes to include .ra .ram files and the ones I
D/L yesterday do play okay.
3.  All my MediaJukebox files are on my external E drive and the .ram files show up when I look under my E drive.

What do you suggest?
