correct path error message
« on: August 09, 2006, 12:44:06 pm »

I'm receiving this message everytime I try to play a song.

"Media Jukebox as unable to play any of the files in the playlist."
"Please make sure that the path in the Media Jukebox library points to the right location."
"Aslo double check to make sure that you are not unintentioanlly filtering these files."
Please if anyone can help, as to this is very frustrating :'(

Thanks

Surely that can be frustrating. However, your question does not provide any information about your situation.

Did it work earlier? What has changed since then?

Are you perhaps trying to play an external playlist file that may not contain correct file paths or names?

Can you play a file by directly dragging it to MJ from Windows Explorer? Is the file (or files) you are trying to play in one of the supported formats?

Yes, MJ has worked earlier. I don't know what stopped it.
I have the music on my "F" drive. If I click now on a song, it will play in nero.
I don't know about the external playlists.
In MJ, I always just clicked the song or made a playlist and they would play.
I'm also not sure of the format you are talking about.
If they worked before, what happened??
I downloaded some music and then I went to import media to update MJ.
