Dear staff,
I registered my Media Jukebox 8 two days ago, by online payment. Now, when I try to download the mp3-encoder it it won't work.

I thought the Plus Features would let me encode mp3:s?

When I go to the Tools menu "Settings"/"Options" and try to doenload the mp3 encoder, the only thing that happens is that I get the message "Failed to connect to a server". And I'm perfectly online with a speedy Internet connection.

Whats wrong?

Are you using a download manager?  If so, shut it off.
