I have had one problem after another...I want a refund.  How do I get one?

We don't provide refunds.  Two reasons.  First, you can't return the software license.  Second, we provide a 30 day trial.

What is the problem?

I purchased version 7 about 6 or more months ago.  I did the 30 day trial and decided to buy.  I really liked and and used it alot.  I had to re-load my hard disc and because there was no way to get another downloand of version 7 (that I knew of)...I went ahead and purchased version 8.  Thats $50 within a year for this software.  

I have had nothing but trouble with version 8.  So when I saw you had version 9....I decided to load version 9.  Same problem.  So I tried to uninstall version 9 so I could go back to version 8. Not much luck.  I went back and got version 9...that worked...and  however, I now get this error message:

If you can fix this, fine....but I figure after spending $50 dollars (and I have the visa bills to prove it), I should at least get a refund of one version.  Thanks.

There are a lot of places that things can go wrong.  OS, drivers, hardware, etc.

What are you doing when you get the error?

Please post your system info from MJ Help.

The latest error message I receive was when I was trying to convert some songs into wave format.  this is the error message:

PS I don't know what MJ Help is (you referred to it in your last e-mail)  I continue to get Fatal error messages which cause media jukebox to close down.

Start Music Jukebox.  Click on the help pull down menu.  Select System Info.  Click Copy To Clipboard.  Reply on this forum and paste the info into your post.

Well..if your soundcard, the drivers for the soundcard are good...then it is strange.

You already tried to download the latest NON-beta version.
There where lately some slight errors and there have been allot of up-patches!
