i'm getting a little bit of weird behaviour from my ipod (video 60gb) that i've certainly not noticed before .... i'm using MC 11.1.94 and the ipod is on the 2006-06-28 updater. i didn't notice the glitch till i'd updated both of em - so i'm not sure if its a latest MC thing or latest updater thing.
i'll get to the point ....
i have an album called "The Collection" and another two albums called "Collection". for some reason, all three of these albums are listed on my ipod 16 times! i.e. i get the following when i select Music>Albums

Club Traxx EP
Clutching At Straws
Cold Water Music
Collection
The Collection
Collection
The Collection
Collection
The Collection
...and repeat another 13 times...
Collection, 17 Greatest Recordings
Come Away With Me
Come To Daddy
....
weird!?! i've been thru my whole album list, and artist list, and it doesn't seem to occur anywhere else. the ipod still lists 7663 songs as being on the device - which is exactly the right number it should have. browsing within MC is totally fine. by the way, when i select each of the "The Collection" and "Collection" items it correctly displays the songs with those album names (i must admit i haven't been thru all 16 but the first few).
any ideas, or similar behaviour?
