Dear staff,

I registered my Media Jukebox 8 yesterday, by online payment, and then tried to download the mp3-encoder.

But it won't work.

Today I did the stupidest thing; I clicked on the "Buy MEDIA JUKEBOX PLUS" link at the Welcome Message Box that opens upon starting Media Jukebox. I filled in the on-line form and then realised that apparently I have ended up registering and paying two licences. I thought I would then achieve the Plus Features but apparently didn't.

And I still can't download the mp3 encoder by using the Tools menu "Settings"/"Options". The only thing that happens is that I get the message "Failed to connect to a server". And I'm perfectly online with a speedy Internet connection.

So, I've lost 2 x $24.98 = $49.96 and still can't enode mp3s.

Are you guys just fooling me or is there anything I've misunderstood?

Click Help->Registration Info and make sure you are registered.

Yes, when I'm checking i can see that Media Jukebox is perfectly registered to me so everything seems fine so far. But, I still can't download the mp3 encoder.

Why?
