New need help

after I imported the files I had on my computer I tried to play them but this mesage came up
Windows media player:Cannot play back audio stream: No hardware is available, or the hardware is not responding. I have real one and it works on there. My problem with real one is that it won't let me record anything I download.

It may be a problem with the sound card driver.  Try reinstalling the driver.

Try a reboot and a reinstall of MJ.

It's also possible other software has control of the sound card.  Try stopping other software.
