I was wondering if I could get Alex And JRiver to forge a bold new venture....

Since Alex Is Like An Expert On Rules And Smartlists, That Maybe we could get some "Advanced" rule creation samples In the Help Files.

Also if some of the common rules that we use all the time Like:

Path:

\Mid([Artist],0,1)\[Artist]\

could be placed in the default list for MC12.

I think marko & some others are the real experts in this area. I use mainly rules that I have found here in the forum or edited a bit.

In general it is a good idea to gather expressions so that they could be added to the help file. Perhaps the best place would be the main forum so that everyone could participate.

Perhaps someone would like to gather the still usable rules from the old thread and start a new thread with them.
