Poor Customer care

I purchased MJ Plus. I was unable to upgred because it kept giving me an error code saying it could not load insatllation files. So I couldn't upgrade. In the mean time my system crashed and now I have no registration codes or proof of purchase. Needless to say I am peturbed becuase I really like MJ 7 and was looking forwaard to improvements in 8. But I refuse to repurchase the product so I will have to be satisfied with the "free" version. Thanks. But no thanks.

With version 7, if you have a backup of your license on a floppy (as we recommended to you at the time of purchase and in the receipt you were mailed and on our web page here) you can use it with 8.0 from the downloads page.

If you didn't take time to back it up, why do you believe this is our problem?

With version 8, licenses can be recovered automatically.
