MJ Tech Support... Where are You??
« on: June 11, 2003, 04:58:12 pm »

I make a purchase and occasionally need tech support. Sometimes you respond, sometimes the replies raise more questions left unanswered, and other times you don't even bother. A web forum is no excuse to avoid what would be expected via call-in support. Don't expect other users to save the day. Blowing off a consumer is not exactly an effective customer retention policy. Please review my file of two outstanding inquiries from June 4 and respond.

If you don't get an answer, please bump your original post by replying to it with "bump".  We do try.

Has it remained dark there since June 4? Are you awake yet? Please respond to my two queries concerning Buffering and Playlists.
