The 'All(10)' folder doesn't make sense - is there a way to diable this option?
Changing the text font and maybe including a couple of lines for wrap-around would make the interface easier to read.
Lastly, the blue part of the background behind each DVD cover could be transparent.

A couple of lines might get a bit messy unless this only happened to a currently selected item perhaps. Switching to "list view" for more detail is currently the only way to tackle this.

This is happening in other areas too like the context menu. I've raised it a couple of times already. It's a carry over from the old Hairstyle skin. You can fairly simply change it yourself.
