can I rename All Filenames in Mc in this format

[Album] - [Artist] - ......?

so Mc takes the infos from the Tags and writes it in the filename.

Yes.  It's under Tools/Library Tools/Rename Files from Properties.

If you use the directory option, MC will also move your files.

Try a few before you do very many.
