My everyday used feature “File Playlists” that made it possible to edit the playlists a file belongs to via check box is not included in MC12. Is it because I am the only one who ever used it? Or is it still there and I didn’t find it? If anyone can help me getting it back: please give me a hint! I really like(d) this feature and also I really used it every time I used MC…

it's still there, but performs quite badly at the moment.

list some files and open the tag window. you should see a 'playlists' entry, and when you click on it, the playlist tree you're familiar with will open in the action window.

You may or may not be disappointed to find that:

a. it takes a long time to open.
b. it no longer remembers its state. ie. every time you close it, the next time you open it, it will be fully collapsed.
c. if you try browsing around your library with this window open, you will find things get very slow indeed.

hopefully, all of the above will be addressed in the near future.

It’s not gone, so I’m happy for now. It’s useable and it has been made better with this boxes so we are able to see, if a file belongs to a Playlist Group.

But I agree with you: it’s bad slow. And I would like to see it remembering its state to.

You are so right with this. It’s nearly impossible to browse around.
