iTunes & TV episodes.
« on: October 13, 2006, 09:14:31 pm »

Is anyone buying TV shows on ITunes? I'm intrigued because I don't watch enough tv to justify the $80 I'm paying for satellite TV. But I enjoy a small smattering of prime time shows from various networks. Are shows from ABC, NBC, HBO, Showtime and FX available? Is quality and selection worthwhile. Reasonable DRM and pricing? And most importantly are the shows available to Canadian users? Oh, and can the episodes be burned to dvd?

Thanks for listening.

I can't answer all your questions but I have a friend that has bought some TV shows from iTunes. We looked the other day at some shows from ABC. Depending on the show they offer single downloads of an episode or a bigger price for the whole season. The only thing I can say is download iTunes and check it out to answer your other questions.
