Support for .ts format video files?
« on: December 03, 2006, 07:18:35 am »

Hi There,

I've not looked at JRMC12 as of yet, but I have recently purchased a PVR with a USB port for transferring the recordings to a pc. The file type is a .ts type, which is just a mpeg file with a different extension (and I understand a slightly different format), but once renamed to .mpg it plays in media player (I have the combined community codec pack installed). (VideoLan also plays it natively)

Would it be possible for you to add the function to add custom/extra file types and associations with codecs? (or just add the ts file type to the list for mpg?

I'll have a look at MC12 soon... now I have access to the beta.

Thanks again for a great product.
