cannot access purchase page

Hello -
I have downloaded v. 8.0.365 and when I go to the help section to purchase MediaJukebox I get the following error message.

Failed to Initiate Media Jukebox puchase

I have tried deleting MJ several times and reinstalling from the web site.
I'm using Windows ME and AOL 7.

It's probably a browser problem.  Try IE.

I tried IE - same response. The 30 day trial period ended, could that be the problem? I removed 8.0.365 and reinstalled 7.0 from the disk that came with my MP3 player - still no luck.
