My TV set-up box has rca out so I was wondering if MC TV tuner works with VIVO for scheduling and recording?

I do not have a TV tuner card but a X1950Pro with VIVO. Since my set-up box has RCA/S-video out, I was wondering if I could connect in to the video in of my card. And use MC11 to do TV recording/scheduling but maybe no auto on/off. From the TV configuration I can see that MC11 accepts digital inputs so maybe VIVO cards are included. The list by MC only says the "Wonder" cards by ATI but not the VIVO so I am just making sure that I dun need a TV tuner card. Thanks

I am not sure if this will work. You can try it. Just open TV options window and see if your device is listed. If it is, try playing the Composite "Channel".
