Req: Simple Toggle Zone Hotkey request

Since we have <Ctrl-T> to goto the next Zone, seems like <Shift-Ctrl-T> should goto the previous Zone.

This would be nice especially if you have 3 or more Zones and you know it quicker (nearer) to goto the previous Zone(s) than the next Zone(s) (to get to the Zone you desire now).
