Hi..

I have always been under the impression that when a license is installed from the Internet that it should install itself automatically. This has not happened and I have exhausted my remaining 6 (yes 6!) restores trying to get MC11 to do this. I forgot that an e-mail is also sent with the license file. So I now have no restores and 6 licenses!.

Please can I have 5 back?.
